1 Definitions

Throughout this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the website accessible at cer138.cam, including all sub-pages, services, games, and features made available thereon.
• "Account" means a registered user profile created by an individual to access and use the Platform's services.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any natural person who has registered or who attempts to register an Account on the Platform.
• "Company" / "cer138" / "We" means the legal entity operating the cer138 Platform and all associated services.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, wagering, live casino, sports betting, and related services offered by the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by cer138 subject to wagering requirements and other conditions set out in Section 6.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process described in Section 4.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of Indonesia and the primary transactional currency of the Platform.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the cer138 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. cer138 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in accordance with its responsible gaming obligations and the legal context of the Indonesia market.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of cer138, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion programme applied through cer138 or any third-party responsible gaming service.
• You must not have had a previous Account on the Platform that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above. If any of these requirements cease to be met at any point during your use of the Platform, you must immediately cease using the Services and notify cer138 support at [email protected].

3 Account Registration

To access the Services provided by cer138, you must create a single, personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information if any details change.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under any alias — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your legal full name (as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP), a valid email address, your date of birth, and your preferred payment details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any one-time authentication codes. cer138 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify cer138 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. cer138 reserves the right to temporarily lock an Account while an investigation is conducted.
• Non-Transferability: Your Account is strictly personal and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

cer138 reserves the right to refuse registration, close an Account, or void any transactions if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria have not been met or that the Account is being used in breach of this Agreement.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

cer138 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, the Company operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme that may require Players to submit identity and address verification documents at any time — including at registration, prior to withdrawal, or whenever cer138 considers it necessary for security or compliance purposes.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months showing your registered address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document, confirming you are the legitimate account holder.
• Payment Method Verification: Confirmation that the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other) used for deposits is registered in your name.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period — typically 72 hours of the request being made — may result in the temporary suspension of your Account and restriction of withdrawals until compliance is achieved. cer138 will not be liable for any losses incurred during any period of account restriction resulting from a Player's failure to complete KYC.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits. cer138 accepts deposits via a range of Indonesian payment methods including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum single deposit is Rp 50.000 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Deposits are generally processed in real time; however, processing times may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider and cannot be guaranteed by cer138.

• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• cer138 does not ch arge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which cer138 accepts no responsibility.
• cer138 reserves the right to request verification of any deposit source before crediting funds to your Account Balance.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed all applicable KYC checks before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active Bonus Funds and their associated Wagering Requirements must be satisfied before real-money funds linked to those bonuses are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours during standard operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business cycle.
• cer138 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed Rp 50.000.000 or that display unusual patterns inconsistent with normal gameplay.
• Repeated withdrawal requests that are cancelled by the Player before processing may be flagged for review.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

cer138 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms. Players should read promotion-specific terms carefully before opting in.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus offer may be active on your Account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses may result in all associated bonus funds being voided.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally — or at all — towards satisfying a wagering requirement. Game contribution percentages are specified in each promotion's terms. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active on your Account, maximum permitted bets per round or per market may be restricted. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds and free spins carry an expiry period, typically 7 or 30 days from the date of issue. Unutilised bonus funds that expire will be removed from your Account without compensation.
• Abuse & Fraud: cer138 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any form of fraudulent exploitation of promotional offers.
• Promotional Changes: cer138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where circumstances reasonably require it.

7 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on the cer138 Platform are operated in accordance with the rules set by the respective game studios and sports data providers. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you acknowledge that:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or by real-world sporting or live-dealer events, as applicable. cer138 does not influence game outcomes.
• For sports betting — including markets on BRI Liga 1 matches, EPL fixtures, Champions League ties, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets — the odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your wager. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw-based games, results are determined by independently operated draws. cer138 publishes draw results in real time.
• Once a bet or wager has been confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• cer138 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly erroneous odds or on markets that were published incorrectly due to a technical fault.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game, per market, and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• cer138 may impose individual account betting limits at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cer138 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion with other players to influence game outcomes, exploit bonus offers, or circumvent Platform security measures.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or any assumed identity.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment credentials to fund your Account.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to cer138 support immediately.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of any component of the Platform.
• Making false or misleading statements to cer138 staff or attempting to manipulate support interactions through deception.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the cer138 Platform — including but not limited to the cer138 brand name and logo, game graphics, interface design, text, software, and all associated intellectual property — is the exclusive property of cer138 or its licensed content providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other studio partners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of cer138.

10 Privacy & Data

cer138 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, cer138 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cer138, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if cer138 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• cer138 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions.
• cer138 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your Account credentials, or from your use of the Platform in breach of these Terms.
• In any event, cer138's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

cer138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement or any other policy published by cer138.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of Platform mechanics.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or closure of the Account.
• The Player's own request for self-exclusion under cer138's Responsible Gaming programme.

Upon termination for cause, cer138 may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any remaining Account Balance where such balance is reasonably believed to be proceeds of prohibited activities. Where termination occurs without cause attributable to the Player, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the Player's registered payment method following completion of applicable verification checks.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cer138 is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and cer138, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. cer138 is committed to providing a fair and timely response to all player complaints, typically within 5 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. You agree that any dispute shall be heard on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative proceeding.

14 Amendments

cer138 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cer138 will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Where practicable, cer138 may also notify registered Players of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current Agreement. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your Account.
